Hamilton Costa, a former Resident Representative and Executive Director of Angola's investment promotion authority in North America, was instrumental in fostering trade and investment relations between Angola and the US and Canada.
Mr. Costa's advisory role has been pivotal for numerous companies across diverse industries, guiding them to successfully navigate market entry, identify high-value projects, and facilitate investments.
With a background in infrastructure development and engineering management, Mr. Costa has extensive executive experience in leadership roles driving business development, government affairs, global procurement, and supporting overall strategy.
He serves as a senior advisor for a consortium of companies developing a large-scale national infrastructure project for grain storage and food security, part of the Lobito Development Corridor initiative.
Mr. Costa also serves on the board of trustees for a UK-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering African communities through economic development, education, and healthcare initiatives.
Mr. Costa holds advanced degrees from The George Washington University and the University of Salford (UK).
